Moving on

For accordion and ensemble (4 wind instruments and 5 string instruments)
Moving on was written for the Ludwig Ensemble and Pieternel Berkers, accordion, for the opening concert of the Oranjewoud Festival in June 2017. It was commissioned by Stichting Ludwig.

My brother died a few years ago, and it took a lot of time for me to find a way to go on with my life after that.

But I think I am ok now. You can hear this process and both my brother and me in the music.
